The suite was spacious, perfect for our family with two queen beds plus extra space for a tatami area, which we found quite cozy. The two bathrooms were a blessing, with a jetted tub and rainfall shower. Proximity to a subway station was a major plus. We could hop on quickly. Convenient access to nearby eateries and convenience stores kept us satisfied. The washing machine was handy but without a dryer, so laundry took longer to air dry. Check-in was smooth, and the staff at the front desk spoke English well. I noticed the common areas could use some brighter lights as the room felt dim sometimes. Managing our own housekeeping with no daily service was a bit of an adjustment, especially since we'd been expecting it. We enjoyed our stay, though a few improvements could elevate the experience further.

The suite was massive with two toilets, a jacuzzi, and a cozy tatami area! Our family loved the spacious living area for bonding.

We loved the convenience of the place, it's right next to the metro and easy access to so many attractions. The feeling of the suite, especially the space to cook and bond together over meals.

It wasn't cheap but still acceptable for the overall experience we had.

great location but some minor inconveniences

The location is excellent. I appreciated the spacious room with ample walking space for my luggage. The nearby restaurants and attractions were a good bonus . The staff was amicable and communicated effectively in English.

The cleaning service's extra charge caught me off guard.

The pesky fire alarm decided to practice its opera skills at night, waking us all up! And, oh dear, the sofa had a strange aroma-less 'luxe hotel' and more 'vintage thrift shop'!

We enjoyed our spacious suite during our two-night stay. The beds were cozy, perfect for our family. The easy access to the balcony made me anxious with young kids. The noise from the upper floor affected our sleep, but we loved the overall ambiance and would return. Be cautious if traveling with toddlers!

Plus, the smart TV kept the kids entertained after long days of exploring!

The staff here are incredibly friendly, there is a special atmosphere, and it's conveniently located next to the subway and a mall as well as the subway and train station.
