Liked its very very helpful and exceptionally nice staff.
The room was good sized and what's more - included a shower, hairdryers, and a spa bathtub. Wasn't expecting to have a handy kitchenette...

Huge apartment-like suite, very clean and modern. Only downside, cleaning service costs extra, unexpected.

The suite was spacious, perfect for our family with two queen beds plus extra space for a tatami area, which we found quite cozy. The two bathrooms were a blessing, with a jetted tub and rainfall shower. Proximity to a subway station was a major plus. We could hop on quickly. Convenient access to nearby eateries and convenience stores kept us satisfied. The washing machine was handy but without a dryer, so laundry took longer to air dry. Check-in was smooth, and the staff at the front desk spoke English well. I noticed the common areas could use some brighter lights as the room felt dim sometimes. Managing our own housekeeping with no daily service was a bit of an adjustment, especially since we'd been expecting it. We enjoyed our stay, though a few improvements could elevate the experience further.

Family-friendly getaway
We loved the convenience of the place, it's right next to the metro and easy access to so many attractions. The feeling of the suite, especially the space to cook and bond together over meals.
It wasn't cheap but still acceptable for the overall experience we had.

Loved the spacious suite with its kitchen and lovely decor. It was conveniently located near a subway station. Great spot for families, lots of room to feel at home!
The pesky fire alarm decided to practice its opera skills at night, waking us all up! And, oh dear, the sofa had a strange aroma-less 'luxe hotel' and more 'vintage thrift shop'!

Comfortable Family Stay with a Few Concerns
We enjoyed our spacious suite during our two-night stay. The beds were cozy, perfect for our family. The easy access to the balcony made me anxious with young kids. The noise from the upper floor affected our sleep, but we loved the overall ambiance and would return. Be cautious if traveling with toddlers!

The suite was really spacious, and having two toilets and a washing machine was super handy! I loved unwinding in the open-air bath and enjoying some time in the leisure room. The only thing was that walking to attractions took a bit longer than expected, but a short train ride made it easy. 😊
